Recessional Surprise
Ed called us one day and tasked us to put together a similar concept to a scene from the movie Love Actually. Two weeks was what we had to get musicians, arrange the song, rehearse and plan the secret execution of this recessional surprise. The keynote of the brief: Have his bride touched to tears, else we don’t get paid. Of course we did. And enjoyed every bit of putting it together.

Charlie Haden’s Liberation Music Orchestra
Multiple Grammy Award-winning Charlie Haden’s Liberation Music Orchestra was to be formed for the festival. The honour was ours to be putting together the best of the region’s musicians for this very musical affair.
Mothers’ Day Special
High Notes was engaged by The Esplanade to produce three shows – two Chinese and one English – for Mothers’ Day 2011. Featuring seven vocalists, The Summertimes Pops Orchestra and The Summer Nights Pops Orchestra, production work included music arrangement, talent management, concert programming and the provision of music instruments and amplifiers.
Mediacorp Festival 2010
High Notes was engaged to put together an arrangement of several songs, rehearse the artistes and produce the finale of the MediaCorp Festival with song and dance. The event was performed to a live band – The Summertimes Big Band & The Summertimes Hotshots. The band had also provided music through the entire show – from opening to finale.
